Timeless - I remember playing this cd on my Sony Walkman back in the early 80 s over and over again. I couldn t get enough of it. And today I came across Celebrate Me Home on Napsterfree.com, and I have to say this cd is timeless. I love it as much now as I did all those years ago. I have to say, this is one of my favorite top 10 cds of all time. This cd makes me remember why Kenny is one of my most favorite artists. Love his voice and love this cd always!

Magical! The best. - Kenny Loggins has meant so much and has been a great inspiration for my musical career and personal life. Divine, spiritual and emotional. His lyrics and music touches the very heart of me. Blesses from Sister from Norway.

The album that started it all - After splitting up with Jim Messina. Kenny Loggins was asked to do an unusual chore write a song for A STAR IS BORN with Barbra Streisand. The song was I Believe in Love co-written with Alan and Marliyn Bergman and Loggins does his own cover here. While he seems to be emulating Barbra (whose then husband Jon Peters would produce Caddyshack his first real outing into the world of movie music. The album was co-produced by Bob James who also wrote the title song which recently won acclaim when Ruben Studdard sang it on the season farewell of American Idol. The other tracks are somewhat too jazzy for Loggins, but he was of course exploring new territory.

Great Outdated Music - When this came out, I bought the album. I played the heck out of it and at the time it was really an outstanding piece of art. It became a wonderful sentimental favorite of mine and all the songs are well-written and performed with heart. I remembered how much I loved it, and after hearing one of the songs on the radio recently, I sought out a copy on CD. I put it on at home and after the reminicence was over, it became somewhat annoying to listen to and my wife asked me to turn it down. I realized that it was simply outdated in it s production aspect and that the vocals were overpowering as though they were in competion with the music. I guess my taste in music has changed to the point where this almost sounds like a broadway soundtrack.

one Great singer - This guy can sing his A## off. Blue eye soul OG! This is my favorite CD by him. He show he can sing Soul or POP. What a range in his voice! If I could sing like him, I would have allot of dates!!!
